Three of extreme metal's longest-running acts just confirmed they're going on the road together. Deicide, Rotting Christ, and Immolation have announced a run of U.S. dates scheduled for April and May 2026, and if you're anywhere near the routing, this one is not optional.
The run kicks off April 9 at Chelsea's Live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and wraps May 26 at The Hall in Little Rock, Arkansas. The core trio — Deicide, Rotting Christ, and Immolation — play together on most dates, with Rotting Christ dropping off a handful of the later shows while Cattle Decapitation joins for a few dates in the Southwest.
Worth noting: Deicide's May 7 slot at Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach is a Deicide-only date, no co-headliners.

Why This Package Matters
These three bands have been doing this longer than most of their current fans have been alive.
Deicide is one of death metal's founding acts — Tampa's most controversial export since Scott Ian's high school years. Glen Benton has been fronting the band since 1987, and Deicide's output has run the gamut from the genuinely disturbing to the technically ferocious. Their current lineup has been stable long enough to count as an institution.
Rotting Christ out of Athens, Greece have spent 35 years building one of black metal's most distinctive catalogs — expansive, almost cinematic in the later catalog, while never losing the hostility at the core. Sakis Tolis is one of the most underrated songwriters in extreme metal, and watching his band on a North American stage is still an event.
Immolation out of New York have quietly become one of death metal's most technically impressive acts over a catalog now stretching to the early '90s. Ross Dolan's bass-forward, dissonant approach never moved toward trend-chasing — the band sounds exactly like themselves on every record, and that consistency has earned them serious respect in a genre full of bands chasing the next thing.
Getting all three on the same bill is the kind of thing extreme metal fans put on their calendars the moment the routing drops.
Reading, Albuquerque, El Paso
A few dates in this run are quietly significant for the markets they're hitting. Reading, Pennsylvania's Club Reverb is a small room — intimate for a band of Deicide's stature. Albuquerque's Sunshine Theater and El Paso's TBA slot represent stops in markets that don't always see this tier of extreme metal bill. If you're in the Southwest and you've been waiting for a reason to go — this is it.
Tickets are available now. Get your seats via Ticketmaster before the small-room dates sell through.
This is a metal tours package worth building a travel day around. Check back for any lineup additions as the run approaches — Rotting Christ's absence from the later Southwest dates leaves a support slot open, and that announcement could come anytime.
