Six stories. Wednesday. Let's go.
Brittany Furlan Gets Restraining Order Against Ronnie Radke
A Los Angeles court granted Brittany Furlan a civil harassment restraining order against Falling in Reverse's Ronnie Radke on March 17. The two-year order requires Radke to stay 100 yards away from Furlan, her home, and her workplace, and bars him from contacting her directly, indirectly, or mentioning her online. The ongoing drama dates back to May 2025 and involves disputed catfishing accusations, social media wars, and competing restraining order attempts — Radke's was denied in January. This one wasn't.
Korn's "Freak on a Leash" Is Now a TikTok Dance
Swedish pop star Zara Larsson's choreography for her 2015 track "Lush Life" went viral on TikTok, and somewhere in the shuffle, fans decided the arm movements paired perfectly with Korn's 1998 nu-metal landmark "Freak on a Leash." Now there's a whole genre of "Freak on a Leash" TikTok dance videos. The song that won a Grammy and retired from TRL is now conquering a platform that didn't exist when it came out. Jonathan Davis has no comment. We assume.
Upon a Burning Body Heading Out in June
San Antonio metalcore veterans Upon a Burning Body have announced a June headlining run — Rise of the Bull Tour — with support from Traitors, Carcosa, and Swollen Teeth. The 15-date trek kicks off June 4 in Pensacola and runs through June 20 in Nashville. The band's seventh album Blood of the Bull dropped in December. General on-sale is Friday, March 27.
Left to Suffer Are in the Studio
Left to Suffer have entered the studio with producer Josh Schroeder to record their fourth album. No title, no release date — just studio footage posted March 24. Schroeder produced their previous records. The deathcore outfit had a busy 2025 with "Crash Out" featuring Traitors vocalist Tyler Shelton and an appearance on the Excision and Sullivan King Raise the Dead EP. New record incoming.
Rikki Rockett's Memoir Finally Has a Release Window
Poison drummer Rikki Rockett's long-delayed memoir Ghost Notes: My Life in Poison now has a summer 2026 release date through Rare Bird Books. The cover dropped March 25. Written with Leif Eriksson and Martin Svensson, the book covers Rockett's full story — Pennsylvania club circuit to the Sunset Strip, the cancer battle, the false accusations, the Stadium Tour. The title refers to the quieter drumming technique he wasn't allowed to use on early Poison records. Worth reading.
William Shatner Got Rob Halford to Sing Judas Priest
At 95, William Shatner has recruited Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford to appear on a reimagined version of "You've Got Another Thing Comin'" for his upcoming heavy metal album via Cleopatra Records. Shatner's spoken-word delivery paired with Halford's actual voice on an actual Judas Priest song. No release date yet, but Shatner's already got a track lined up with former Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland's Nuclear Messiah project ahead of their Black Flame album in April. This man is not slowing down.
