Metal Mantra is a heavy-music news and media outlet focused on
heavy metal news, hard rock news,
album reviews, live show coverage, festival updates, and other content related to metal, hard rock,

reviews, interviews, guides, commentary, and user-submitted material.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site
for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Site without our
prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g., brief quotations with
proper attribution).

  and perform your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site, Metal Mantra,
  and our services.
• Acknowledge that we may, in our sole discretion, edit, refuse to publish, or remove any User Content
  for any reason and without notice.

You understand that User Content is your sole responsibility. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any
responsibility or liability for any User Content submitted by you or any third party.

Metal Mantra retains full editorial control over what content is published, including but not limited to
news coverage, reviews, opinion pieces, and features about heavy metal bands, hard rock artists, labels,
festivals, venues, and related entities. Submission of content, music, or promotional material does not
guarantee coverage, review, or publication.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM,

employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses,
liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Any User Content you submit, upload, or make available through the Site.

14. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your
copyright, you may contact us with a detailed notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
